My husband is in a wheelchair, they got his chair out of car, stood by til he got into it(he has one leg) wheeled him into store, antd got a screw out of rear left tire. They very nice people and that helped me by them getting his chair out. And after asking price, for service, they said no charge. Thank you Porter tires! They have a perfectly clean waiting room and do other things too! Thank you Porter Tires, I recommend Them fully!!

I cannot say enough good things about Porter Tire Store in Johnson City. Based solely on a friend’s recommendation, I had my daughter’s car towed there late at night, sight unseen. Greg and Alan were fantastic to work with and had the issue diagnosed and repaired before lunch the next morning. Because I live in Knoxville, I was unable to meet with them in person, and given the circumstances, it would have been very easy for someone to take advantage of us. Instead, they were honest, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They took care of my daughter and her car in a way that is hard to put into words and gave me tremendous peace of mind. Porter Tire Store has earned a customer for life because they did not treat this as just another transaction. They treated us like people who genuinely needed help, and I will gladly continue recommending them to anyone who needs their services.

These guys are great and straight up honest, been with them for years, often times they fix something little at no charge. You can't do better then Porter. My neighbor is a farmer here and knows everyone, he has gone here all his life...Again they are the best I have ever used!! Brendan

5-star service. Greg and Alan took good care of me and got me back on the road. I worked in automotive in a previous life, and I have seen good and bad shops. I had an issue with my Tacoma that left me in a bad position. Porter's Tire got me right in and back on the road in less than 24 hours. The price was reasonable. They didn't try to sell me a whole bunch of stuff I didn't need. I have found a place to come back to.

Great tire pricing here, installed same day without an appointment, friendly and professional staff! I had heard that buying online could actually be more expensive, so I decided to check with these guys first, I'm so glad I did!
